Big Bummer.....

Ok, so on Sunday my water heater failed and started pouring water out all over my basement (who knew it could do that?) ........not good!  Anyhow we have Insurance thank goodness and it is covered.  Just talked to a local company and their estimate was around $7000.00+.   That is just insane!  All over a little old water heater......In the end it works out I guess though.  I wanted to get rid of the laminate flooring anyhow and put in some carpet.  Gotta try to see the bright side of everything......
